How do I create an account?

To create theensa account, click the Login tab at the (key in the location of the tab) on our website. You will have the option to create an account using your email address or sign in as a Guest 

OR via your Facebook/Twitter account. For creating an account fill the details (name,number, email, address) and you are ready to shop. You can also update & change your details as per your choice ones you have created an account with us.

 

We aim to restock every week, but restock dates vary depending on product availability.

Orders are limited to three units of each product per person.

All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 2-3 weeks. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most of the places. We offer COD as well as Prepaid services for purchases, ensuring ease of access to our customer. To check if COD is available in your area check in the dialogue box.

Unfortunately, Turkey has placed a ban on the import of all cosmetic products, so we are now unable to ship our products to Turkey.

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at angela.momandian@gmail.com with your inquiry.

No, but by setting up an account, you become The Ensa VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

No, once you place an order it is final.

Can I deliver my order to multiple addresses?

Your order can only be delivered to one address. If you wish to send items to several addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

How do I determine the correct size for me? 

You can view the sizing details for a product by clicking on the Size Chart link on the product page located. This displays the size chart for the product and helps you decide which size fits you best.

How do I pay for my order at theensa.com?

How do I pay with an e-Voucher?

Go to theensa.com and select the items you want to purchase.
Once you reach our payment page, enter your “eVoucher code” in the box that states “Please enter your promo code” & click on apply to enjoy our special discounts.
The eVoucher amount will be deducted from the payable amount. If the amount of your eVoucher doesn't cover your order amount, you will be prompted to select an additional payment option. (Make sure your cart value is higher than the voucher worth) In case there are conditions mentioned on your voucher do read before applying it.

Is there a limit on how many e-Gift Vouchers that can be used per order?

You can only use 1 Gift Voucher code per order/bill.

Can I modify my delivery address?

No the address cannot be modified. You will have to cancel the order, place a new order with different address. For any further concerns, you need to send an email at contact us and share their order number to get the address updated.

Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?

You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive/logistic partner (Taking COD order into consideration). 

Will there be an additional charge for pickup? 

No additional charges for pick - up only if it is a replacement, in case of returns we will debit the shipping charges from the refund amount.

My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?

We regret the inconvenience caused. Please address this to our support team immediately at contact us. If your deducted amount does not reflect in our account, it is due to ATM machine issues & will show in your account within 24-48hrs. (pls inform yourbank in such case).
2) If the deducted amount reflects in our account we shall process the refund and you shall receive it in 5-7 working days.
