SHIPPING & HANDLING

On occasion The Ensa offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to the Ensa to track your shipping to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$3.99 flat fee for domestic, all states within France (free shipping over $40)

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, international delivery time is 2-3 weeks. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited France.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We accept exchanges or refunds. 

How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 1-2 business days. Deliveries take 2-3 weeks.

When will I receive tracking information:

Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number. Please note during week days we do not proceed to shipping.
