First of all, after spending a lot of money on a pair of "luxury custom made shoes", the was no communication from the company. When ordering I was told it would take 4 weeks, it took approx 7 weeks to arrive.
When the order finally arrived it was a completely different pair of shoes. The package was wrapped in brown paper and the box was torn.
I of course immediately contact the company to advise I had received the wrong shoes and that I wanted an refund. They said they would issue an urgent ticket to be resolved the next day. I heard nothing, so once again I had to chase them up. They then said that the package would have to be recieved back before issuing the refund, stating the "even Zara waited for goods to be returned before giving a refund". I pointed out that as a self proclaimed luxury company they should not be comparing themselves to Zara.
The saga goes on, I returned the package by recorded and tracked delivery. Eventually the delivery notice said the package was waiting to be collected and would be held for 15 days. I sent the link to the tracking service to the company, they initially ignored it, but after asking for confirmation they recieved it they said they would contact the post office the next day. They didnt. They then said they would sent someone to the post office today. I am still waiting......
The communication from this company is appalling, the shoes that did eventually turn up were terrible quality and clearly not custom made! They had the name Jojo Fox printed on the sole. The insole was a mess. I would have been able to pick up much better shoes from Zara for a quarter of the price. In fact Primark has better quality shoes.
Do not under any circumstances use this company, unless of course you like paying through the nose for rubbish and then deal with rude, unhelpful customer services.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer!
